We have been established for 9 years. Our Managing Director, Simon has over 19 years experience as a chef working in a variety of places from small country pubs to 2 Rosette hotels.

We use fresh local ingredients where possible supporting East Anglian producers.

We use a local company called www.chocolateindulgence.org.uk we have worked together on numerous occasions and they are very good you must try the turkish delight dipped in the milk chocolate!!
